Pass Along The Preserve

Here’s how it works…

Simply refer a buyer to purchase a Smithbilt Home and Smithbilt will pay 12 months of your HOA and Club Dues. The following rules apply.

You must fill out the REFERRAL FORM prior to the home buyer’s initial visit to The Preserve.
The referred buyer CANNOT be working with another Realtor. The buyer must work directly with the sales team.
Must be a NEW Smithbilt Home (not previously sold)
Smithbilt will pay the dues DIRECTLY to the HOA/CLUB. You will receive receipt/acknowledgment of the payment.
The home must CLOSE. (not just sign a contract)

For Example, say your friend contracts to buy a new Smithbilt home in the Preserve on January 17th, 2020. And say that home CLOSES on May 15th, 2020. Smithbilt will pay your HOA DUES and CLUB DUES for the months of June 2020-May 2021.
